My name is Giovanni Greco and I was born in Sicily, in Vallelunga Pratameno (CL). I thank the Lord who gave me the joy of knowing Him and accepting Him into my life at the age of 16.
I am married to Fiorella Glave and from our marriage two children, Jonathan and Gloria, were born. We have lived in Termoli (CB) since 2001, after spending eleven years in Bari and two more years in Castelnuovo della Daunia (FG). I have been senior pastor in the Galed Evangelical Church in Vasto (CH) since 2002. At the age of twenty-three, I attended a two-year course in biblical studies at the Italian Evangelical Biblical Institute in Rome, earning a diploma in “Biblical and Theological Formation.” In September 2015, I also received a degree in Theology and Christian Pedagogy from Shepherd International University.
In addition to my ministry as a pastor and evangelist, I am engaged in several other ministries, such as since 2016 I have been serving as a lecturer and tutor at Shepherd International University (https://lms.unishepherd.it); since September 2020 I have been working with CRC FM Radio (http://www.crcmedia.it); also in 2020 I started, within Ekklesia Web TV, the column: “Focus on Logos” (https://www.ekklesiawebtv.org); since October 2021 I have been president and lecturer at SCAI= Christian School of Apologetics and Islam (https://www.scuolascai.it).

Fiorella, my wife, after graduating as an Interpreter and Translator, attended the IBEI Bible School in Rome in 1985 where she obtained a degree in “Biblical Education and Theology”; in June 2020 she finished her undergraduate studies by taking a master’s degree in Anglo-American Literature at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.” Fiorella’s ministry is on several fronts: teaching sisters; discipleship and counseling courses for women; and classes for monitors, in which she serves as coordinator of the various children’s classes.
The vision that has characterized our ministry in recent years has led us to do discipleship work aimed at “the perfecting of the saints” (Eph. 4:11-13) and their maturity (the method I prefer for preaching, is expository). The goal of such teaching is to enable the believers in our church to “reproduce spiritually” (2 Tim. 2:2), “so that his house may be full!” (Luke 14:23).
